We are certified organic by Pennsylvania Certified Organic since 2009. Since then, we have marketed our products to Somerset County Farmers Market, Tuscarora Organic Grower’s Coop, and this past growing season, sold garlic seed to Southern Exposure Seed Company.
We farm about 3 acres with a 30 X 96 high tunnel and open fields of sixty-four 100 square feet biointensive beds. The remaining fields are planted in cover crops to build soil fertility and biomass for our on-site compost making and fertilization.
